At Nova Train, we’ve designed practical and immersive training programs, where each session is a true learning journey. Our goal? To provide you with concrete, actionable tools for immediate application in your work environment.

Our courses are available:

- in inter-company or intra

Lasting from one to three days, these courses can be supplemented by personalized support to ensure effective follow-up and long-term retention of acquired skills. Because training doesn't stop at theory, we emphasize practical application, the creation of concrete action plans, and their monitoring.

Communicating effectively
Duration: 2 days.
Clear and structured communication is essential to the success of a project. This training teaches you how to master key communication situations, facilitate decision-making, and mobilize your teams using proven techniques, whether oral, written, or visual.
