With offices in Strasbourg and Herdwangen-Schonach, Germany, EUROBOGEN has been supporting major international organizations for nearly 30 years. EUROBOGEN offers a modular training program in technical leadership skills, specifically designed for international companies in the aerospace sector .
This program, available in several languages, focuses on professional interpersonal skills in industrial and commercial relationships. It includes modules on communication, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, facilitation, negotiation, and professional ethics. The program is available in English, French, German, Arabic, and Spanish.
It covers three dimensions: project management, business processes, and human engineering . Eurobogen’s trainers are international experts who offer ongoing support, individualized coaching, and collaborative assessments to guide projects from launch to completion. In collaboration with Eurobogen , companies develop individual and organizational skills to strengthen their technological expertise in the growing space market.
