Project Management 101

Our "Project Management 101" training course

Managing a project is first and foremost about creating value for the company by mobilizing a multidisciplinary team to achieve a specific objective, while working in “project mode.” But concretely, what do we mean by “project mode,” and how do we integrate it with daily work?

How to ensure production and manage emergencies while freeing up time for one or more projects?

How to “sell” the benefits of the project method internally?

How can we raise awareness among management about the importance of a project?

How to mobilize teams around a common dynamic?

How to manage and prevent conflicts?

How can we arbitrate and make decisions collectively and in an informed manner?

What risks should be anticipated, and how can they be managed effectively?

A project management training program focused on the fundamentals and practical application

During this training, participants will explore the key aspects of the project methodology, from the feasibility study to project closure. Through a case study, they will have the opportunity to put these essential concepts into practice, while exchanging ideas with their peers to share their challenges, successes, and experiences.
